Shipping Update 12/18/15 (Post Denver Blizzard)

Greetings Tribesmen! Wow, what a week! 

Denver got slammed with a blizzard cancelling over 500 flights on Tuesday…right in the middle of shipping over 3000 ManCan orders. We gotta admit, shipping this many orders is harder than we thought and the city shutting down for a day didn't help things!

Our goal is still to get all US orders to you before Christmas. Today we received the additional Flex and Machismo Taps (delayed from Tuesday due to the blizzard). Yesterday we added 5 more people to our packaging team and expect to be packing all weekend

When we ship your order, you'll get an email with a tracking number. No email just means it hasn't gone yet…but it will. For you folks outside the US, your orders are going to arrive after Christmas. Keep an eye out for that shipping email.

Shipping Update part two

Hello ManCan Tribesman, 

I had a meeting with our shipping team and wanted to clarify a few items. Not much has changed but this may help. 

• We expect the majority, if not all orders shipped this week
• We are expediting the shipping process by shipping like products and product combinations.  It is not in direct correlation with your order date.
• Some of you may have received a partial order…but don't worry, the remainder will be heading out this week as well. 
• Any additional orders orders placed by the end of day 12/16 will arrive by 12/24/15 
• Your ManCans have Co2 cartridges with them so they must be shipped ground. All US shipments will be sent out via UPS ground (2-4 days)
• International orders will be shipped US Postal Service (unfortunately slower). We had to remove the Co2 from the International orders so please purchase 16g unthreaded Co2 cartridges from your local community.
• Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when the packages leave our warehouse.  If you have not received an email, it has not shipped.

We appreciate you. Your Kickstarter and Backerkit backing took us from an idea to the Tribe we all are today.

Shipping Update:

Last week we shipped over 250 boxes of KickStarter/BackerKit orders. Some of you received a partial order and the rest will follow. Baring any unforeseen snow storm or catastrophe, we expect all orders to be shipped Wednesday and Thursday 12/16-17.

All rewards will be sent out via UPS and tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your package is shipped.

Fingers crossed everything arrives before or around Christmas, but delivery times are out of our control!
